Wholesale Shipping & Logistics Policy

1. Trade Terms (Incoterms) Our standard quotations are based on FOB (Free On Board) Guangzhou/Shenzhen or EXW (Ex Works). We can also provide CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quotes upon request.

2. Lead Times

  • Sample Orders: Typically 3–7 business days.
  • Bulk Production: 15–30 business days depending on order volume and customization requirements.
  • Shipping Duration: Sea freight (25–45 days), Air freight (5–10 days).

3. Shipping Methods

  • Customer Forwarder: We prefer working with the customer’s designated freight forwarder. We will provide all necessary packing lists and commercial invoices for custom clearance.
  • Our Logistics Partners: If the customer does not have a forwarder, we can provide competitive shipping options through our long-term logistics partners (Sea, Air, or Express like DHL/FedEx).

4. Documentation We provide a full set of export documents, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)
  • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for chemical-based dehumidifiers.

5. Port of Loading Primary loading ports: Guangzhou Nansha Port or Shenzhen Yantian/Shekou Port.
