1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the website gzlvxi.com (the "Site"), operated by Guangzhou Lvxi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, professional buyers, and corporate entities.

2. B2B NATURE OF BUSINESS

This Site is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform intended for wholesale inquiries and OEM/ODM service consultations.

  • No Direct Sales: We do not offer direct retail sales through this Site. All "Send Inquiry" actions are requests for quotations and do not constitute a binding sales contract.
  • Wholesale Only: We serve professional importers, distributors, and brand owners. We reserve the right to refuse service to individual retail consumers.

3. QUOTATIONS AND PRICING

  • Estimates: Any pricing shown on the Site is for reference only (e.g., sample prices or ¥0.00 placeholders).
  • Formal Quotes: Binding prices are only provided via a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) after direct consultation with our sales team.
  • Validity: Quotations are typically valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates, unless stated otherwise.

4. OEM/ODM & CUSTOMIZATION

As an OEM/ODM manufacturer with 10+ years of experience, we provide custom branding, packaging, and formulation services.

  • Intellectual Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring that any logos, designs, or trademarks provided for customization do not infringe upon third-party rights.
  • MOQ: Minimum Order Quantities apply to all customized production runs and vary by product type (e.g., dehumidifier boxes vs. industrial desiccants).

5. QUALITY & CERTIFICATIONS

We maintain strict quality control under ISO standards. Our products are manufactured to meet international safety requirements including CE, SGS, and RoHS certifications. Technical data sheets and certificates are available upon request during the inquiry process.

6. PAYMENT & SHIPPING

  • Terms: Standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C, or as negotiated in the formal contract.
  • Delivery: Shipping terms follow Incoterms® 2020 (typically FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen or CIF). Lead times are estimated based on order volume and factory scheduling.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GZ LVXI Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products after they have passed quality inspection and been delivered to the carrier, except as required by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
